Please visit our Return Center to start a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with tags attached. Once received, a store credit for the item’s value will be issued and is valid for one year from the issue date.

Exchange

To exchange for a different size or style, please submit your request through our Returns Portal. We’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability. For any questions, reach out to us at team@eliou-eliou.com.

We’re happy to repair most manufacturing faults within one year of the original order date. Please email a photo of the damaged item to discuss available options. Manufacturing faults do not include chipped, cracked, or broken pearls, shells, or gemstones; general wear and tear; bent, twisted, or snapped pieces; oxidation or fading plating; or garments altered after washing. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, and we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
